Spare Parts

Responding to our costumers needs on timely manners is our top priority. For this reason, we dedicated 3 large areas in our showroom for spare parts. Our huge spare parts stocks include original suppliers’ parts and also huge quantity from EGO Germany. We created a computerized inventory management system where each spare part is assigned a special code. This system facilitates the management of our large stock of spare parts.

Gas Installation Techotel has responded to our clients needs by creating a new department: gas installation. Following the rising prices of using electricity, Techotel offers its clients alternative solutions by offering gas installation. The gas connection department is equipped with the latest technologies in liquid gas accessories and installation (gas pressure accessories, gas leak accessories, gas no return valves, filters, bottles heating system…etc). Moreover, our gas accessories contain the latest technologies in gas leak alarm system.   Our maintenance team has a long experience in the gas connection field, and Techotel has installed gas installation in most of its recent projects.
Stainless Steel Workshop  Techotel operate two stainless steel factories, one is located in Damascus, Syria, and the other in Erbil, Iraq. Both factories are equipped with all the essential equipment in order to ensure the highest quality finish in stainless steel.  Our fabrication department provides all the standard stainless steel products (tables, hoods, shelving, sinks…etc).  In addition, we have a specialized department in stainless steel decoration for all interior and exterior designs.

Maintenance

Techotel is distinguished among other companies in the Syrian market first and foremost by our high experience in kitchen, cold rooms and laundry equipments maintenance.

Our 4 maintenance teams cover the whole area of our business.

Due to these facilities, we already supplied of the region market during the last 15 years with many maintenance contracts throughout the whole country.

Our group of companies represent more than 25 employees, 10 of them are exclusively in charge of the maintenance work.

The maintenance group has completed maintenance contracts for most of the key projects for the last 30 years.

Moreover, a number of our staff has received special maintenance training for various machines. These special training were provided in Dubai, Sweden, Jordan and Italy.

Our company was also responsible for all kitchen and laundry equipments maintenance of the UNDOF in Syria.
